ETL Developer

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building high-performance ETL pipelines, handling large datasets, and ensuring data quality, reliability, and consistency across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and analytics.
  • Ingest and process data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and flat files.
  • Implement data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment workflows.
  • Optimize performance using query tuning, indexing, and partitioning strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and auditing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
  • Maintain documentation for data flows, pipelines, and system architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development and data integration.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, indexing, and performance tuning.
  • Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
  • Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting for automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
