ETL Developer
We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building high-performance ETL pipelines, handling large datasets, and ensuring data quality, reliability, and consistency across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and analytics.
- Ingest and process data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and flat files.
- Implement data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment workflows.
- Optimize performance using query tuning, indexing, and partitioning strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and auditing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions.
- Maintain documentation for data flows, pipelines, and system architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development and data integration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, indexing, and performance tuning.
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling.
- Experience with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in Python or Shell scripting for automation tasks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
